An important part of the MTE Catalyst Support offering are demister pads. This removes liquid droplets from gas flows. After the organization invested in visibility and findability on Google, many requests were received for this product. The demister pads are relatively cheap, so it is important that not too much time is spent configuring, quoting and (CAD) drawing these products. By accelerating this process, a lot of profit can be achieved. That is why MTE Catalyst Support started looking for a configurator.

Google gave a huge boost to the number of requests for demister pads, but the same search engine led them to CPQing Solutions: the solution to master this growing demand. Merkato Essentials turned out to be exactly the tool they were looking for. MTE Catalyst Support is now live with the configurator, which turned out to be very fast, and the demister pads are being configured and quoted with Merkato Essentials. Efficient and simple, saving time and costs.
Integrations for even more efficiency
By integrating with tooling already used at MTE Catalyst Support, processes are further automated and simplified. For example, a link with Exact Online was built within just one day to import articles. In addition, the intention is that orders will also be processed directly in Exact Online. A link with SolidWorks is also on the wish list, so that CAD drawings are automatically generated based on entered parameters. This not only offers opportunities for the sale of demister pads, but also for other products of the organization. We are curious about the sequel!
