Modernising the ordering process at Noizezz with Merkato Essentials
Noizezz has a network of around 150 audiologists who have customised products such as earpieces and hearing protection made. These products are produced with great attention and passion by specialists in Hoofddorp. Noizezz offers the market an exceptionally high level of service and regularly introduces new innovations. CPQing Solutions contributed to a new innovation for Noizezz by implementing a more efficient working method for their ordering process.
From demo to implementation
Noizezz had an outdated portal where audiologists ordered customised products through a variety of different input forms. These forms had to be manually retyped into underlying systems to place internal orders. This process cost a lot of time and money and was inefficient. Three years ago, CPQing Solutions built an initial demo for Noizezz. Although Noizezz initially took a different direction, that different path eventually turned out to be a dead end. Noizezz contacted CPQing Solutions again, after which the implementation could quickly start.

Merkato Essentials as the right solution
CPQing Solutions has implemented Merkato Essentials for Noizezz. As a result, Noizezz now has a modern, graphical user interface. Through this interface, audiologists can easily place orders on the website. In confirmation, they receive an overview of the order. In the background, the parts list of the custom-made products is compiled automatically, fully automating the internal order-entry process with Afas. This increases internal efficiency and significantly improves the quality of the process.
Benefits of the implementation
The biggest benefit for Noizezz is that internal staff, who were previously occupied with order entry, can now more easily take up other tasks. This leads to higher productivity and better utilisation of resources within the company. With the modernisation of their ordering process, Noizezz has achieved a more efficient way of working, making them even better able to serve their customers and deliver high-quality custom-made products.
