Ever since the 20thth century, Sky-Lite Holland has been building high-quality flight cases, crates and boxes. These have to be able to take a beating and for that, solid materials are necessary. From choice of materials to design and production: it all takes place in the Netherlands. Every flight case contains the right combination of properties for optimal quality for the customer. Now that Sky-Lite collaborates with CPQing Solutions and uses Merkato Essentials, the optimisation of their internal processes is also ‘taking off’!
From quotation to packing note: working more efficiently It is always nice to work with an organisation that sees the bigger efficiency picture. Sky-Lite is one such organisation. They came across our website and after we contacted them, their question became clear: whether their entire quotation and order process could be improved! From configure to quote and from order to sending the confirmation and creating the work order. And it would be nice if after production, the packing note could also be printed out automatically. That’s a nice list of requirements that we can do something with Merkato Essentials!

The quotation is sent to the customer, after approval the status is converted to an order with an order confirmation document, which is also a work order for production. And yes, that packing note comes after it too! This not only gives Sky-Lite huge efficiency improvements, but also higher customer satisfaction as quality goes up.
