This full-service company was looking for a configurator to improve the checklist process. When an electric motor is brought in for maintenance, it still has to be determined which maintenance is required and therefore which parts are required. What will happen depends on what is found. Photos are taken of every step and every finding and are stored in the configurator.

Due to the CPQing configurator, the result consists of a material and time sheet that is included in the order confirmation, including a link with Isah.
